Is it worth it to upgrade from SM alpha 20 to alpha 21?

I have been seeing people with a lot of problems with alpha 21 and am wondering if it is really worth it to upgrade or if it is just to be able to say you have the latest version.

I just got it last night. This new version doesn't crash when you select "reload songs/courses" in the options menu. I seem to be doing just fine with it. I hope it doesn't spontaneously crash like the last version, though. There are a few tiny revisions too, but you won't notice them at first, if ever.

I liked A20. A21 freezes ALL THE TIME for me. like, mid-song. that annoys me.

I also found out that the default theme is missing some files. It shows an abort/retry/ignore message when it's launching the high score screen.

Not to mention the fact I keep getting the crash problem too. I'm going back to alpha 20.
