I played Take it Easy [L7] about 10 times in a row trying to pass it and after about the 10th time when I finally passed it my whole right arm was in pain. It hurts to bend my wrist now. How long should I take a break from IIDX?

Soak it in ice.
Smoke a joint.
Skin a cat.

Then you'll be good to go.

Take It Easy is just extremely fast. You're getting some form of carpal tunnel/nerve bruising from twitching so quickly.

Take a break. Play some Spin the Disc or something. happy.gifv

You're supposed to take a 10 minute break like every hour or something. erm.gif

That happens a lot when you play for a long period of time. You eventually get used to it. Are you playing the home version? Maybe you're playing with the controller on the floor while you're sitting. This puts your wrists at an angle, which lowers blood flow. Try placing the controller on an elevated surface (small coffee table maybe) or perhaps sit down with a TV dinner tray.

I play home versions, controller on my lap. Doesn't matter though, it's better now.
