wellll ^___^ heres something sort of funny ^___^

i was playing MAX for PS2, and i had just passed Orion .78 Civ Mix w/ a C (my highest grade for it lol ^___^), and i decided to do an easy song, so I selected Remember You. i failed it!!!! aaaaaaaaaah! the arrow steps were so easy that my feet were moving faster than the arrows, so i failed it. ^__^

isn't that sad? ^___^ i guess i need to work on the easier songs lol.

but i think what happened was that i got so used to moving fast, that my feet got confuzzled on the slow songs. has this happened to you, too? ^___^

Well I remember back in the days when i was a young DDR Padawon, passing Angelic Mix was a doggy because at the freeze I would forget to stop and stop a sec late, and when it would restart I'd move my feet too fast trying to catch up and end up failing. What does it for me is to not worry about how fast the song or you are moving, just try to follow the arrows at whatever speed they're going. That also helps me on songs that don't have much of a beat with the arrows.

I think what people are getting at is the way you type is really annoying. Y'know, just in case you didn't catch on.

I'll clean up my grammar, but I can't guarnatee I'll stop using these faces ^__^. Firstly, it's out of habit. Secondly, it reflects my jovial attitude (hahaha i luv that word jovial ^__^).

Those friggen ^__^ faces are addictive...x_X

I spent a whole hour struggling to get an A on Burning Heat!, so i figured since I was still in the mood to play, I would do a slower song. I selected Don't Stop! and failed it...

disgust.gif Now that just ain't right.

YmkFX:

Until you've developed a reputation for being a sarcastic asshole, your best bet is to use a disclaimer such as "the preceding was intended to be sarcastic", the pseudo-hacker/geek style "</sarcasm>" or simply sarc.gif .

[edited to clarify that I am using the phrase "sarcastic asshole" to describe anyone who makes a habit of posting sarcastic replies to threads, not as an insult against YmkFX. I don't even know the guy (and I have enough warning points already).]

Yeah, I've seen that around, I just can't stand how much it lessens the initial impact of the sarcasm. I shall remain resilliant however! *Raises fist confidently*

The forum faq needs to cover an acceptable ^__^ to word ratio. If you go over this ratio you are tracked down and stabbed.
