Would this work fully? Is there any downside? Also it says I would have to revamp my buttons? One last question how would I hook two pads up to this?

(I would look this information up, but at the moment I'm on a 56k.)

One last thing, I want the best possible conversion to the PC so that there would be no problems. Is there any suggestion you would have besides this, or will this do it?
