Is there any way that I can use a simulator without having to download with IRC because I have no clue how to use it? If so, how, and which simulator would be easiest to use?

There are several places you can simfiles, although IRC is a fairly useful skill. If you really don't want to learn it, you can check out the Bit Torrent website that has all the bumper packs (there's a thread about it, but I don't know the exact link).

Both Dance With Intensity and StepMania use .dwi files. And you can find those files in the Get .dwi/.sm here sticky thread in this forum.
