psx emulation

i'm not sure if this is the right forum, but maybe someone can help me out. I've recently gotten the psx emulator epsxe and i'd like to know if it can play import games such as ddr or popn

I'm fairly sure emulators can run imported games, since there's no reason to put region limitations on an emulator...

Not 100% sure, if in doubt, you could just email the person who made the emulator...

i don't want to give out any links, since it might not be good...

i think you need a bios file, graphic, cd-rom,sound, plugin if they didn't include them

can a mod help/lock this? (depending on the rules, i didn't really read them *cough* *cough*
