Go into the Edit/Sync Songs option on the main menu and select the song. There you can add and remove stops and BPM changes and so forth. I think F1 is the help key to tell you all the different button commands. F7 and F8 control BPM change I believe and F9 and F10 control the time the arrows stop moving.
