Do any of you use it? If you do, think you could just give me like a quick little walkthrough of how to use alot of the stuff in it? Mainly this one problem I'm having. The arrows respond slow. They work fine on my PlayStation, but once I plug it into my PC, it doesn't respond for like and extra half-second. If modding the pad will help, please tell me.
Note: It was kinda like this on my PS before I modded it, but after, it worked fine. Would this help my NTPad problem? _________________

NT Pad..........................totally useless
what is the name of the converter you use for the PSX to PC?
They will automatically install themselves normally so NT Pad isn't necessary (not for me anyway).
I'm pretty sure NT Pad has nothing to do with you getting slow responses. If you've had this problem on the PSX it's probably the pad so I guess it's lived it's span or you need to mod it..........is it soft or hard?
If your talking about SM here it may be your computer meaning the speed and RAM. Try to close some programs before running SM especially if you have any P2P progs like Kazaa.

I don't like NTPad as well. I'm using some other one that can emulate it alot faster than NTPad, and I also modded my pad so it won't move ^^, and I suggest you to use Psx Gamepad 1, which I use btw, needs configuration to work properly, and yeah, that stuff. If you're using Windows 9x (DOS), I suggest the drivers from http://www.hkcomputer.com.hk/ddr/. If you're using Windows 2000/XP, get the drivers from http://www.aldostools.com/dpad.html. Don't worry, it's all compatible, just some slow, some fast, some exact timing, and yeah. |
