Would be cool, we can always dream, I mean think about it. If this becomes a Olympic Sport I might actually have a chance at winning a gold medal. _________________

Boy that would make a horrible horrible gathering of the DDR elite who think they are above everything else. I've seen it happen at a tourny...there wouldnt be a first place. The 1st place guy would get mobbed probably. I find most DDR players aren't very mature about taking "places" _________________

I can't see DDR becoming a sport. Once you've got the talent for DDR (like many of you already have), there's nothing more to it. Like bowling, it just takes some concentration to bust out a strike (or AA) one more time.
Golf ain't much of a sport either. Now contact golf, I'd watch that! |

LoL, I can't see DDR ever be a sport or in the Olympics. But everytime I see Cheerleading on ESPN and other crap like the Spelling Bee. I don't see why not? |

It probably wouldn't be just DDR. It would probably be accompanied by the other games similar to it, with the drums, and the guitar, etc. Then, it would end up something like the X-games. You'd have sponsors, and such. It probably wouldn't be an NBA or MBA type thing because nowadays you don't see new leagues coming along, due to the fact those games took decades to establish themselves. |
