What does 65% do on ITG2?

65% is just 65% mini (which is on all ITG machines as "mini")
Some machines are hacked to have different percentages. A Higher percentage makes the arrows smaller, lower makes them bigger. On ITG 2, this value can be negative (which makes the arrows larger than normal).
