Updating Version - How do I save my high scores?

I'm going to upgrade my version of stepmania, but I know if I do that all my high scores will be erased. How do I save my high scores so they will carry on to the new version? Thank you.

I doubt you can do anything. No two versions are alike enough, not even 3.9 and 3.95.
