Which USB drives are best for use with r21? Most reliable? Greatest number of songs that can be loaded? Etc.?
Are there other ways to maximize loading capabilities, like dedicating the USB Drive to your In the Groove 2 folder?

I ask because I currently use a 2.0 GB Memorex Traveldrive, and it has not managed to get more than 11 songs loaded on one play, out of the 36 I have on the drive. (Strangely, they seem to be loaded in reverse alphabetical order.) In any case, I was going to buy a new one, exclusively for ItG, so that I could get the most out of my arcade experience. I'd like to know what to buy.

Thank you.

Then put Z at the beginning of titles of the songs you most want to play. laugh.gif

The only songs I put on my jump drive at all are the ones I most want to play. Nice recommendation, though. But lets go back to Hardware recommendations. Getting the most out of the 50 song limit.

Mini-BUMP

C'mon, people! Aren't there any recommendations? Do all jump drives work just as well as others?

I know Sandisks were the most reliable on ITG1.

I have a 512 MB Sandisk Cruzer Micro, and I can't seem to get R21 to even work on it, and I did everything that the creator of the "Am I doing this right?" thread did, so I'm not too sure that's the best choice for an ITG2 R21 cabinet.

I have a Sandisk Cruzer Micro (512 MB) and it works great. Works on every cab I put it in, upgradeocab and dedicab, and even works on r21. Even though no place down here has r21 atleast I got to try it out in Daytona! E1.gif
