I thought this would be a common problem but i tried searching and found nothing, maybe didnt search hard enough, But i didn't see much harm in a new topic.

I have a Ignition Energy pad. 3-in-1 outputs yada yada yada.

When i try to play Stepmania or ITG2 i keep getting these phantom steps really makes it impossible to play. Don't know where to start. so what could it be.
