How do I unlock all the songs on ITG2?

we just got a brand new dedicab a few weeks ago... and by default it has most of the songs.. but its missing songs like Vertex2, Hardcore Symphony... Know your Enemy, ect...


also.. there are step charts missing such as "!" on Expert, and Crylosep on Expert, Robotix Expert... how do I get these expert charts to appear in the game?

It says something about this somewhere on ITG Freak
