How are certain songs on ITG machines?

I've seen videos and stuff on YouTube of Quasar and Uber Rave on ITG2. How is that possible? Is it hacked or something?

Look around at people who are posting the hacked scores, and pm them nicely with a request for some information and perhaps they may be of further assistance

Btw, where can I find Ub4r R4ve? I heard that there are many different versions of it's stepcharts. Where can I find them?
