I like streams that lead into a freeze arrow, like !. I also like notes that go to backround noise, like Vertex 2 and Destiny. Last, I like quick bursts like Determinator.

Although I cant do all of them.

LONG streams that aren't on just two arrows like the beginning of Pandy and the beginning of the long stream in Delerium (Summer is a good example).

PSSh, Habanera

The best steps are found by playing doubles on medium with blender

No, seriously try it some time. It's medium so its not really hard, but it is still pretty fun. Once you get around the 9 foot range on double blender, it just becomes way too much work.

And now for actual serious stuff. I kinda of like anything that makes me feel sort of like dancing. That's kind of why I like Habanera doubles. It's rare for a stepchart to feel like dancing and always good when pulled off.

I honestly hate all these "let's grab on to the bar for dear life and run around like a retard on fire" 12s and 13s. The most fun step level (imo) are 7 footers/blocks. They allow the most foot creativity and they make a nice steady beat when you tap your feet. Then again, AAA/***/**** is something I enjoy, more so than passing retardly hard songs.

So I'll go with 7s and 8s being my favorite step styles (and Disconnected Zeo on Expert... Amazing steps)

Long streams of complex freeze crossovers like queen of light, oasis, disconnected mobius, and (even though I've never even tried it) bloodrush. I just love it when I'm forced to do complex pivots when I'm not positioned directly facing the screen.

Steps that require you to use your hands in a way that makes you look like an ass.

Example: The 5-8th arrows in Anubis. up.gif right.gif Hold, then use your hands to flail backwards and hit left.gif down.gif Its awesome unless you're a kitty and you turn around to hit the arrows facing forwards.

You know, you never have to turn around with those hands......at all.

All you need to do is put your hands on the freeze and your feet on the "hands". It actually works out smoother

Yeah those are my favorite as well.
I also love really fast and long streams like in summer, hardcore symphony, and destiny. Stuff like pandemonium on the other hand I hate, cause it's never ending, not fun, and drains all of your energy.

I hate that part; that's the only reason my score for that sucks.

Same...

I like streams that I can handle. (Kagami, My Favorite Game, The Beginning, Mythology) And bursts that I can handle (Remember December, Disconnected Hyper). I suck at turning (you know, Oasis, Disconnected Mobius type turning, not just crossovers), but its fun.

My favorite types of steps are songs with a bunch of hands (that don't have too many triples) and songs with a bunch of turns. My scores on Bend Your Mind and Oasis are actually like 3% better than everyone else at my arcade.

I love step charts with freezes like the ones on "Oasis", "Funk Factory", "Disconnected Mobius", and "Baby do you want me" on Expert. The ones where you have to twist your body around.

I also like technical steps such as "Twilight" and "Clockwork Genisis" on Expert
