I bought two afterburner pads a few months ago. After a few months of procrastinating, we are putting them to use. Weâre playing Stepmania on our PC. Everything for the most part works decently, but once or twice a song the pads will disconnect from the computer for a few seconds. It makes the USB disconnect noise and then a maybe two seconds later we hear the reconnect noise and everything is fine again. Do you have any idea what might cause this and what can be done to fix it? The connections aren't loose. Thanks!

| Well, it could be a driver or a voltage problem. Are the pads connected to USB2.0 ports? |
