Hey all!
I heard this DDR song a while ago and I can't remember what it was called. It's something like resurrection and it doesn't have any singing. Partway thru in the background there's this high-pitched synthesizer tune that goes up and down and kinda reminds me of the music from the old gb zelda game. Anyone know what I'm talking about? |

That's the only song that comes to mind as having that 8bit synth in the middle, but I don't see how that had to do with 'resurrection' (of course, that may not have been a relevant clue). _________________

No, it wasn't burning heat. That one's pretty fun, though.
May not have really been a DDR song, or maybe it wasn't on a home mix. I don't know what mix it was on if it was on one. |

"Hey guys what's the name of this song? It has synthesizers in it and part of it sounds kind of 8-bit ish. Oh, it may not have been in DDR."
There are approximately 193867984572342 songs which match your request. _________________

I'm sure if it was sold for profit, Konami would clamp down on it (I'm sure it's a matter of time before they clamp down on ITG).[/quote]

Thanks for narrowing it down. To like, 5 gajillion songs.
The only other DDR songs I can think of that would match are:
Chotto Kiitena(which has singing)
or
Twinbee ~Generation X~ which only has 8-bit synths at the beggining/end. |

Twinbee has vocals. The topic poster said there were no vocals. |

Seduction? That's the most similar song title I can think of.
But it has synthed vocals at the beginning, albeit hard-to-understand vocals.
Or he might be thinking of the wrong game completely and thinking of Reincarnation from IIDX. Now that I think of it, that song fits the OP's description pretty well. _________________

Sync has a low tech (SOUNDING) synth that goes up and down in octaves over and over...
But Reincarnation makes sense the most. |

Figured it out... It wasn't a DDR song. I heard it from a friend.
It IS called Resurrection, though. As far as I can tell, it's a remix of a PPK song by Paul Oakenfold. I've never heard of either, though.
Thanks for trying! |
