Pump Exceed 2 Songlist/difficulty list check?

I'm aware that there is discussion of this matter on the Official Pump It Up thread; however, I'm going to make a new thread out of this topic because I believe that this issue is pertinent enough to stand on its own as its own topic.

I have copied the songlist with difficulties provided by 'cj iwakura' at the following url:

I made some corrections and made a clean version of it, in PDF form at the following url:

HOWEVER, I believe there are MANY errors in this list. The original author left out many difficulties (marked with a single question mark), as well as getting a number of difficulties wrong or writing down multiple difficulties for one song (marked with brackets). I also wouldn't be surprised if there are some songs missing from this list, or if I've included songs that aren't in the game.

So, I would be much obliged if people knowledgeable regarding PIU Exceed 2 could point out any errors with this list, including but not limited to: misrepresented song difficulties, particularly Crazy and Nightmare difficulties, missing song difficulties, missing songs, extra songs.

The question marks are there because that's what Andamiro put as the difficulty; certain difficulty levels weren't ranked at all.
Solitary 2 doesn't have any; I estimated them. Canon-D's CZ/NM levels are ??'d out, and so is pretty much every Nightmare hidden in Remix Station.
(Oh, and the ones near the bottom, I just haven't gotten a chance to copy down yet. The only ones Andamiro actually has blanked out are Solitary 2 and Canon-D.)

And the brackets denote changes. Certain songs either had their rankings changed(like Vook Freestyle), added(Beat Of The War NM was new to Exceed 2), or steps changed altogether(Love Is A Danger Zone crazy). Sorry I wasn't clear about that in the copy/pasting.
