DDR Extreme would be one i would recommend i used it up until i got techno fiend 3 but thats probably not a theme a 10 year old would like..

Maybe its better if you showed your sis what theme she would like. Just go to rebirthbemani.com and select themes, they have a ton of them, some even made for girls.
