I can't find a replacement for this pad skin anywhere!

I have 2 of these pads:



and they both have held up quite well but now both have bad cuts in the back arrow. I have about 2 weeks to get replacements before they're needed for an event and I can't find a single seller that sells just the skins. First of all, are pretty much all skins the same sizes? And if not, I need one that size

These have PS2 connectors and are on high density foam pads and have no slip bottoms and those slightly raised type buttons, which I found are more accurate and more resistant to damage so that'd be preferable.

So anyone know an American retailer that has matching ones and can get them here fast?
