0. Posted: Thu Aug 21, 2008 9:49 am Post subject: In The Groove Rebirth is finally released! |
|
|
Here is a multi part download of the project:
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4
Part 5
Full download provided by sherl0k:
http://shiningpolaris.com/In The Groove Rebirth.zip
PLEASE NOTE:
Included in the .zip is a BGAnimations folder containing .ini files for "flash"es. These don't come "out of the box" for any Stepmania build (except mDaWg's ITGPC), and the absence of these .ini files is what usually makes the BGscripts cause Stepmania to crash. Just overwrite your (probably empty) BGAnimations folder with the one in the .zip, and the scripts ought to run just fine.
Also in the .zip are two more folders, BackgroundTransitions and BackgroundEffects. These folders and their contents usually DO come "out of the box" of your average SM build, but it's still recommended you overwrite your folders with these, just in case.
This download does NOT include the custom Rebirth theme, but it will be released in the future.
If anyone has any alternate mirrors available for us to upload the project to, we would greatly appreciate it.
Simply click advertisement picture above or click all the links on the multi part downloads to download In The Groove Rebirth. All of the developers hope you enjoy it!
If you downloaded from either of the full download links, please add the following graphic into the Baby Seal song folder:
After you download this graphic, be sure to put a space in between "baby" and "seal"
Sorry for the mistake everybody. _________________

It took me around 4 minutes, but then again, everyone's connection is different. |

5 hrs 55 mins @ avg 42 kb/sec
what this means: expect about six hours with a fast modem. _________________

I highly suggest everyone going to d/l Orbit Loader, which will about more than halve the d/l time. _________________

I've waited for this moment for many, many months. Glad to see the wait is finally over.

Hey guys I downloaded the pack and started playing songs, but then i noticed i was getting lots of arrow lag from the movies. It's not like offbeat laggy, rather the arrows kind of come at you all chuncky, like the don't flow well. This only occurs when the vids are going. If the vid stops for a second, it gets better again. Because of this, songs which have the stop n' go fashion (like in eplitinic crisis) are much harder to read.
Just wondering if any1 else here was having problems with the vids. _________________

You can now enter scores for ITG Rebirth into the famous ITG score tracking website.
Only song support is currently available, and course support will be functional in the near future.
Please post any bugs you find on the Groovestats official forums _________________

It's a great pack, very professionally synced and arranged. We hacked it onto our cab and it gets a lot of play.
My only gripe as a double player- I love the attention that was put into the doubles charts. However, most of the charts are SEVERELY underrated, or seem to be rated for bar use. The crossovers on several 9's are worse than 10's and a couple of the 10's rival Bloodrush.
I'd say that the charters never play doubles, seeing as some of the crossovers are scarily daring and creative at best. I'm going to relabel the doubles difficulties for our machine.
Otherwise, rock on. One of the best packs I've ever seen. |
