I just cant figure out how to use stepmania its driving me crazy. Can someone please help me out through the basics of creating stepmania?

You can download here at http://www.stepmania.com/wiki/Downloads. Click on the icon that reflects your operating system (i.e. if you have Windows, click on the Windows one.) It will bring you to another screen that has "download now" hyperlink with green behind it. This will download/install stepmania 3.9 to your computer.

EVENTUALLY you may need to download a better, unsanctioned version of stepmania called CVS 3.95, but you won't have to worry about that unless you want like, say, the ITG theme. Don't worry about this right now.
