How do you make your matrix sensors? and another question

So, How does everyone make their matrix sensors? How do you connect the ground and active wires to the mending brackets?

I try to solder the ones on top to the sides, but the problem with that is that they always seem to fall off.

Also, How do I go about printing out the arrows for the plexiglass?

To print the arrow graphics, put the images on a CD or a flash drive, and take it to the nearest Fedex Kinko's, it will problably be about 2 bucks for really high quality prints.

I hope this post helped.

EDIT: Wrap electrical tape around the wires after you solder them, that should help keep it from falling off. After I got them secured, I never had the wire fall off on mine.

I will try the tape over the soldered wires tomorrow. They have all been coming apart, and its getting quite frustrating. I would finish one side and then another side would come loose or after dancing one side would come loose.

At the FedEx place, do I ask for some kind of double sided sticky paper?
