I think this may be a PC problem but I am sure somebody here knows how to solve it.
Basically, SM/ITGPC will only register up to two arrows at a time on my computer and any more are just ignored.
Note: this is with the keyboard not the pad, the pad works fine.

It's your keyboard... it's not capable of more than two buttons simultaneously, at least on the regular arrows. _________________

its not SM, its your keyboard
some keyboards don't register very many key presses at once.
i would suggest getting a logitech keyboard, a higher end one if you can. they are good. _________________

Yes it's the keyboard. However, I don't recommend getting a good keyboard. It's actually the old nasty ones that work better. Or you can do what I did and configure the buttons so that you use the regualar arrows and 1235 on the # pad. |

try just using the number pad. my arrow keys only register 2 as well, but the number pad not only registers quads, but is much more sensitive.
i got mine for like $10 at walmart. _________________

Funny story.
I saw that, and thought to myself, 'Wait, that sounds like...' and so I look down at my keyboard, and sure enough, it's logitech.
However, I have the same problem.
However again, it's only the UP arrow. If it was any combination of left, down, and right, then it can register. Anything with more than two keys and the UP arrow doesn't work. And I don't think it's the keyboard, b/c I had the same problem with my old keyboard as well. Or maybe it's a common keyboard issue...
I will try the number keys and see if that works. |

yeah that is a very common thing i think. My friend has a keyboard that does that, and my old keyboard did that too. _________________
