I was wondering if either 3.95 CVS or 4.0 supports both course mods, and negative BPM changes (a glitch, I know). I really want to play WINDEU's "Insomnia" course, but at the same time I'd still like to be able to play the TSU*GAMUSH songs I have downloaded. Is there any version that will do both, or am I SOL?

All of WinDEU's courses are for 3.95.

4.0 DOES NOT support negative BPM changes AT ALL.

Yes. I play the -gamush songs on my 3.95 all the time, and the negative BPM works just fine.
