Where's the name entry?

In the console version of ITG, I want to know where you can enter the players names so it shows up in Battle Mode.

You have to play a game of dance mode first. Then enter your name there.

Then afterwards you can go to Event Mode or Battle Mode and have them shown.

I knew that already, but what I meant was that in the instruction booklet, one of the names is "Jennifer". How is that possible if:

1) Maximum of four characters

2) They all have to be upper-case

I don't get it.

I don't think it's possible to do that on the home version. I think that picture was accidentally taken from the arcade version (which allows you to save scores and have a custom name if you use a USB card).
