How do you think ROXOR is doing with hand-usage? |
There aren't enough hands in the game, they should make more charts like Queen of Light |

There are too many hands in the game, they should eschew from them in future charts |

Hands are a bad gameplay concept and should be removed from the game for gameplay reasons |

Hands are a good gameplay concept but should be removed from the game for physical reasons (machines don't sense them well enough) |

Tribal Style and Disconnected Disco are better than BYM. |

*cheers for Queen of Light, Twilight, and Monolith*
Hands are awesome. I don't necessarily want to see them in too many more songs, but I would definitely like to continue playing them. |

Completely missing a PIU hold is like insta-fail (IIRC, you can hit the hold in the middle of it as the front has already passed so you don't lose the entire combo). |
It would make everything with rolls a ton easier to tri-star then
I remember playing some PIU song where I missed almost a quarter of the arrows but hit all the holds, ended up with like 1000 perfects and 80 misses and still had a passing score.
If something like Renaissance had its rolls changed to Fantastic-giving rolls, you'd pretty much double the excellent cutoff for a tri-star if not more.
Then there'd be issues between scoring between games =[ which is never good.
Despite all these things, I do wish that rolls were initially built that way. Just changing them now would mean a huge difference between playing roll songs on ITG 2 and ITG 3 though. _________________

I didn't say it would have to be exactly like PIU. I doubt rolls are going anywhere so it'd probably just be an entirely new hold. It could be some kind of additive judgment equal to like, I dunno, 1 Yeah per X number of ticks that go by. As they would be much harder to BS, people would pretty much HAVE to do crossovers or hands or something. _________________

I think you should have to keep the panel pressed for the entire hold, i.e. no releasing it to hit a hand then hitting the freeze again before you lose it. It wouldn't change scoring or anything. _________________
