Not to sound cocky, but sure I can pass 11's. Currently, the only 11's I've passed include Charlene, Utopia, and Xuxa, but still, I'm not really that terrible.

Zodiac doesn't have "one trick that is hard to sight read is not complex at all". It's full of mines placed in such precarious places, and that part with the jumps and the 12ths samwhiched together is painful to FA.

Liquid Moon is definitely one of the harder 9 footers, but IMO, it's easier than Zodiac. It's loaded with tricks, but they really don't seem to perplex me the way Zodiac's do. However, I will say this. Liquid Moon is the hardest 9-footer to pass, just not to FA.

That 1/12 section is "the trick" to which I was referring. This won't mean much to you, but for the people who know how unobstructedly bad I am at mines: I can easily play Zodiac without hitting mines. It is one of the only songs that I can do that. I played Liquid Moon back on ITG PS2 when it was still listed as a 10. It was the first "10" I passed. I passed it before about 90% of the 9s. It is a tough 9, but not the hardest to pass. It is, however, difficult to remain consistent on Liquid Moon.

Wow you can pass 3 11's? I can pass 3 13's not to sound cocky.

What's the point of insulting people's ability to stomp on arrows Capajoe? Not everyone who plays ITG can pass all the 13's.

Anyways, other hardcore. On a Day Like Today is hard to score for me. Yes, I do mean score and not just pass.

For me, Driving Force Classical is the hardest to score and pass. How bout that eh? I'm not voting "other" though, cause apparently I'm in the extreme minority here... but I don't understand how Disconnected is harder than DFC?

It's really easy to screw up the 16ths in Disconnected and get a whole slew of excellents. DFC doesn't have anything that could potentially ruin your score that way, assuming you have the stamina to easily clear the song.

Maybe it's just me but I always considered Driving Force Classical to be one of the easiest songs ever.

to FA? sure, but the jumpy part right before the 16ths kills most people.

*shrug*...never really bothered me. I sightread a 99.5-something on it.

The higher your stamina is, the easier and easier you'll find it. When stamina requirement becomes non existent for any song of a certain difficulty, the difficulty is then completely reliant on the technicality of the song, which DFC lacks. At my level, stamina is still an issue for me. What DFC lacks in technicality it makes up for by being quite tiring.

And this poll is about which 9 is the hardest to score and be consistent on. That question assumes that stamina is not an issue, only speed and accuracy.

And guess what? The fact that it's so stamina draining is what makes it hard to score on for me, so yes, it can most certainly be an issue. The question isn't assuming anything. But hey, what does it matter? I said i didn't vote "other" anyway because I know I'm in a minority. I went for liquid moon.

I'm going to have to agree that DFC is one of the hardest ITG 9 footers. It hardly consists of any sixteenths, but the long streams at a rather high bpm can be tiring compared to the tricks of other 9 footers, and that Be Lovin stream can make things simply devasting to FA.

I was almost going to mention I think I Like that Sound as one of the hardest 9's, thanks to the long streams of sixteenths and plentiful off-beat steps, but nah, it's nothing compared to the likes of Liquid Moon or Zodiac.

Too bad this has nothing to do with how hard the songs are to pass.

lipstick kiss.

I have the best score on it out of all the 9s up there (10e), but it is pretty much impossible to get a score like that where retaining consistency on the other 3 is easy when you get the sync/patterns down.

The middle is just so difficult to time =/.

Liquid Moon makes me want to vomit. I've always wondered why they brought that son of a doggy down to 9.

I voted for Liquid Moon. I have my worst score on it, but last time i played the pads were sucking and I got a ton of way-offs.
