Song Loading Difficulties

I'm having a problem with SM reading certain simfiles. When I load SMO, all of them show up. When I load regular SM, some of the song files are omitted from the list. On SMO, when it loads it says I have 817 songs, and I have it reading from the same folder as SM (D:/StepMania/Songs). When I load SM, it says I have 798 songs, but it's reading from the exact same folder. More specifically SM won't read some of my ITG2 files, including Agent Blatent, Birdie, D-Code, Hanabanera 1, Monolith, etc. Again, it reads the files fine in SMO, but does anyone know how I can get them to work right in SM?

Your songs are probably missing files. Make a folder with an mp3 and put it in a songs folder. It shows that you have one extra song. But when you go to select your group it only shows the songs that have all the files and the .sm is correctly put together (I think).
