I frigin hate this song on expert cause the steps r so stupid! frust.gif OK let me calm down...in pandy, it seems like if u make one mis-step on the run in the beginning and the one like 3/5 of the way through u fail the song.

What i want is some GOOD advice on how to do the run at the beginning and 3/5 point w/out screwing up.

My goal is to pass it and now i have a 44.44%!!

Step on the correct floor panel when the on-screen arrows reach the top of the screen. Keep this up and you'll have Pandy down in no time.

I'm sure if it was sold for profit, Konami would clamp down on it (I'm sure it's a matter of time before they clamp down on ITG).[/quote]

I like to cut sections of the song down

The beginning you were talking about: you turn your body every half note or so. After that, it gets a little different and it turns every 3 beats or so. So the second part 2-panel-runs last a little longer than the first. Try to remember that.

Sorry if its confusing, its kinda hard to explain in just words

and the most cliché'd statement ever: PRACTICE

Put your foot on the arrows. You should have it. If this doesn't work. Get skill.

Play it on Stepmania a whole bunch, or ITG home. And make sure you have the stamina to do it.

It's really straightforward though, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to recover from a misstep besides lack of stamina.

Let me ask you this: how did you pass max300 your first time? Or any other hard song you were having trouble with? There's nothing special about pandy; it's just more of the same.

Break up the step charts into patterns. That's how I got so good so fast, I just recognized patterns of like, 5 or 6 arrows. I bet it would work for you.

Yeah, serisouly, whore it at home via stepmania. Even if you don't have a pad (hello!? Auto-play + chair is your best friend) its great for stamina work. I wasted 50 dollars in 3 days (believe me, I wouldn't spend it if I couldn't easily afford it) trying to work my way back up to 13s when ITG2 came out. Then I discovered I could whore at home everyday for free biggrin.gif

The funny thing is, playing at home is "slightly" less tiring than in the arcade. So you can at the very least make sure you are turning correctly, moving quick enough (you just sorta know when you are) and of course have the stamina to make it through the song.
Today I made it through this little number: 7 song set

Delirium
Destiny
Bloodrush
The Beginning (break song)
Pandemonium goog.gif
Utopia (really need a break song)
Summer goog.gif

Try different combinations of stuff you suck at and see if it makes an improvement over a weeklong period. Remember, the more your whore, the better you get. So the better you get, the more you should whore.
