I still stick by it. Euphoria is the hardest 12. Maybe not stamina-wise, but pattern-wise. I can't even pass Euphoria on Dualshock, and on Stepmania, the highest i've gotten is a B.

That's very true about the whole hitting all the arrows takes so much more effort little dealy, Alezay. I remember how confused I was when, after passing Max 300 several times with a B/C, I became very good at PA, and would play with AA quality, but only be able to do half the song because I'd get tired. Your overall accuracy on the song has a large effect on how much energy you use, considering that more effort is put into each arrow. Therefore you can't really say that Euphoria isn't that hard as a 12 because it was the second one you passed; I wouldn't be surprised if you could manage a better score on any other 12 (except maybe Deter).
