Things Just All of a sudden went REALLY REALLY Weird...

I was on these message boards, when I started to notice the wait time between clicking threads and other links on this site was far slower than usual. Then, I left the site because I was bored, when I tried to come back, it said This page cannot be displayed. after a while on www.gsn.com I came back and the spacing is VERY weird on the front page.

Is it just my PC that's screwed up or did the site go down for like 5 minutes or something

any answers would be appriciated

yeah, everybody... don't panic. It seems that all of their mySQL stuff is really screwed up right now, so if you are looking for anything that requires a query to the website, and then receiving information based on your request (I.E. stepcharts, songlists & FAQs, machine locations, etc.), I must say that you are boned until them admins can get things straightened out. (that was a really long sentence)

My only advice to you people is to just wait it out, because complaining to guys in charge will only slow them down. (maybe)

This, like, keeps happening every morning.

No it doesn't. I'm on every morning, and I'd notice it.

This was just a trio of, believe it or not, unrelated incidents which started on Friday night. Friday, mySQL went down. It was fixed late that night. Sometime early Saturday morning, PostgreSQL died and nobody was around to restart it until late last night. And then this morning, the server just plain stopped listening to /em0.

AFAIK, everything should be back to normal.

Firstly, WHOOHOO I'm back into ddrfreak
Secondly: I noticed a very similar pattern to the times it went down.
It went down friday night, Saturday morning, and today on Sunday morning/afternoon

well now it's fixed and I am happy to return
