MacOS X.3.6 user here running SM 3.9rc2 on 500MHz cube
what's the issue?

| Maybe you might want to try upgrading OS X to 10.2.8. I've seen it happen. |

Yeah, I'm running Stepmania just fine on my mac. I tried it on my Ibook first but the buttons are too damn small...

Powerbook 15" Titanium, the newest Panther version,Stepmania RC2, works absolutely beautifully (except with movies, it gets a little choppy, other than that, flawless...)

| Ok it says that stepmania will not run on any version of Mac OS X earlier than 10.2.8. What the hell does that mean? |

I only use macs at school, but there's something nagging at me that says (for some odd reason) that it won't run under 10.2.8, means, oh I don't know, if you have something under 10.2.8, it won't work? Just a thought. ya know.

Click the apple in the top left hand corner of your mac....click "About this mac" And then under the big apple and MAC OSX it will say what version your running.... (ie 10.x.x)If your not running somthing lower than panther or jaguar you should go buy panther at your apple store or www.apple.com
