Music Mixer?

can anyone tell me where to get a decent program to mix music files, similar the one used to make dwi's. im inspired to make a Sakura/Max

Mixing two songs together wont work with DDR music seeing as there isnt a single song thats DJ friendly (a term for "mixable") except maybe DXY and Stoic..
but if ya want, go ahead and try..
