Is there a sim for the pc that includes a workout mode? If not why?

Not that I know of.
Anyway the main purpose of workout mode is to track how many Calories you burn. You can't really get an accurate indicator of how many you burn, so the purpose of that just got shoved down to about null.

The only real use of workout mode I've ever seen is as a pseudo-endless mode on mixes that don't have real endless modes (such as Konamix)
