Where can I get the Characters?

Does any of you guys know where I can get the dancing characters for Stepmania?(Like a link to the site)Also,where do I put them in my StepMania folder?(By the way...I have the latest version of Stepmania which is StepMania Version 3.9 alpha 6.)
