|
|
djparanoia at Bemanistyle has posted a beta list of songs from the impending home release of DDR Extreme.
According to djp, the only licensed song missing from the list thus far is Senorita. The list idoes not contain unlockables - thus explaining the missing Twinbee, Heaven Is A 57 Metallic Grey, Last Message, and others - and it's anyone's guess what else may appear.
The game is schedule to ship for the Japanese PS2 on October 9th. No US game has been announced yet. _________________

I quickly scanned over the list and noticed a few of the songs missing which I'm guessing are the songs they didn't think warrented another showing or ones they didn't think people would want to see again. _________________

I'd be rather suprised if they had announced a US version of Extreme this early, considering MAX2 hasn't even come out here yet
The beta list doesn't really hold any suprises, lets hope the unlock list does. _________________

You would be amazed the number of people who will respond to any post about a Japanese mix by going WHEN DOES IT COME OUT OVER HERE.

I can pretty much guarantee that they'll be on there. The list I posted includes all songs available for normal play straight from the beginning. Hence why LOM, DDR, PS made it on the list. They are accessable in normal play the same way as in the arcade. The unlocks will be interesting though, 90 songs with potential new songs and previews. _________________

wooow this mix looks great...90 songs to start with!? that sure beats the hell out of my MAXUSA... damn i need a fliptop or modchip....
this is what a home version should look like: almost a direct translation from the arcade. _________________

4th Mix, 1st Mix, 4th Mix, and DDRMAX respectively
In all seriousness... as far as unlocks go, I wouldn't be surprised to see stuff like Midnite Blaze SSF, LttS Trance, etc. in bite-size DDR-length versions

LttS Trance was already in MAX2JP. Or do you just mean that they might bring them back as repeats? I hope not, I'm happier with the "old" repeats than repeats from MAX or MAX2 _________________

had no idea LttS trance was in DDRMAX2JP, I haven't played it yet but still I'd like to see a MB -SSF mix- at least... or any of the previously unused tracks off of V-Rare 5

WHA...HOly Crap WHoa!!
Sorry, I just had to do that. 90 songs without unlockables??? And we thought 76 was a lot...I suppose Konami really just wants to be done with it.
I just hope Sakura and PSM (oni) r in the unlockables coz I really need to play Legend Oni. _________________
