I checked around for this, search around on the forums so I wouldn't look like a total n00b but I couldn't find this anywhere. I'm trying to get this PS2(or PSX adapter) that goes through my Printer port to work. I'm running on WinXP so I think that could cause a problem. I got this from DDRNation.com, you can find them there pretty easily, anyways. I'd appreciate it if anyone could give me some help with this. I'm eager to play Maxx Unlimited among other things E1.gif

It works perfectly fine with WinXP. I got one of the $6 ones from Buy N Shop and it works like a charm with NTPad.

I too bought the $6 one from buynshop and I have no problem with it on Step Mania 3.0 But on CVS it takes a while for the game to recognize that you hit the button. I don't know if this is common or not. But you can still use 3.0 Have fun!

yeah, I talked to my friend last night after posting this and he recommended that I download NTpadXP. Sure enough it did the trick. Now I dont have to be stuck playing DDRMAX Usa! E1.gif
BTW, is there a reason they use the printer port? I mean why use LPT1 when you can use like the gameports on a sound card or something?
