I'm looking to make a skin/support pack for DMX to be used on SM.
Is there a program to use to make a skin/support pack? How do I do it? Any help will be appriciated. Thank you.

very easy to do. It's actually in the Themes folder in C:\Program Files\Stepmania (CVS)\Themes\Default folder which are the skins for SM. The best program to make skins are Adobe Photoshop, or Jasc Paint Shop Pro
