?stuck arrow? ?how to fix?

I brought one of my ddr pads(bns dx-xtreme pad) to my grandmas and now my left arrow is starting to get stuck!And you all know how hard heavy is with left is going crazy.also when i touch between down and left it says I've hit left. How do i fix it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a simliar problem with my Konami Deluxe Pad awhile back. What I did was replace the foam. Though what you might want to try doing is laying the pad out, with no foam, and testing it. If it still has that problem, you might want to look into getting a new one. Preferably metal :-)
