current record around here is held by Hispanic Guy. he AAA'd it, with less than 70 perfects I believe. but his highest score comes from 1 great with less than 60 perfects, I think. He can correct me if I am wrong. his scores are somewhere in the 99xxxxxx range.

Best score for me is 992xxxxx. That was with 1 great and I think the perfects were under 50 or so. Not sure. I did AAA it but it only got me second place cause i had about 60 perfects. After seeing those scores i gotta get back into pop 4.

Question to Mike from Santee: How many perfects did you get for that 1st place score?

Interesting you mention this.

At Game Spot New York in Ofuna, there is a guy "PRE" that I swear does nothing but play that silly course. Right now his top on that machine is 99,8xx,xxx, but I have heard that Yosaku (not Yasu; let's not confuse the two: "Yasu" AAAd Max 300, "Yosaku" got 100% on Paranoia Brothers on Max2) had already full-marveloused that course a long time ago (You only get AAA; there is no such thing as the mythical AAAA).

that sucks. i still think the highest rank on extreme should be AAA with the word marvelous written across it in script (similar to ddr usa psx's "aaa perfect" you received when getting all perfects on a song)

All this talk about pop4 is making me want to play it even more. Man I think now im gonna go to my arcade and destroy that course. Thank god for freeplay sundays!
