MaxX Unlimited seems harder to me than legend of MAX on Standard because of all the crazy jumping.

Maxx is pretty hard on all 3 difficulties imo...

Hardest Smaniac is definitely PSM [O], like there was any question there

I hardly remember Light mode, but I'm in agreement on Standard. MaxX Unlimited is harder than most Heavy songs.

As for Heavy, I am going with Legend of Max...as hard as Unlimited is, the run-jump-run bits in Legend nullify me more fully.

And yeah, Challenge has no equal for PSM Oni.

I barely remember Light... All I can recall is that Orion.78 Civ gave me trouble at that level.

Standard: I'd say MaxX Unlimited. I'm no ubermeister, but the first (only) time I tried LoM Standard I got almost to the end of the song I believe (with the crazy jumping around and stuff), and I still can't get that far in MaxX U.

Heavy: I can't do 10's at all, but I'd imagine it's MaxX U. or LoM or PSM MAX Oni

I'm setting aside the damn Maxes and Paranoias for my post because it's obvious they're the hardest. Also note that there are way too many damn remixes of them.

Light: La Senorita Virtual, most likely. Haven't played it yet though, except on Stepmania..

Hardest on Standard is IMO, Orion.78 (Civilization Mix). My brother can beat Matsuri Japan and Can't Stop Fallin' In Love on Maniac.. but he can't beat Orion on Standard! HAHA... (Of course, that's because we have those two at home and he's practiced them more..)
Note: *smacks up whoever said Bag on Trick was hard and shakes her head..* That song is so damn easy.

And, I can't tell you what I think the hardest Maniac is, because I haven't played past 8 feet yet

But from what I know, I'll say So Deep is the hardest.. endurance-wise.

Nope... So Deep is harder. Cartoon Heroes I can A easy, way easy... While Cartoon Heroes has problems with air, gallops, and those freezes, which I love to do, it isn't nearly as hard as the continuous 1/4-1/16 1/8-1/16 gallop that plagues SD. Either way, it's much harder to read than Cartoon Heroes, even on 1.5 mode.
Maybe it's just me... Of course... I am different... I can get farther on MU and TLOM farther than 300, and I can do PSM on Oni and pass it despite the fact I can't beat 300... Wierd...

Hardest Light: MaxX Unlimited (3 jumps back to back at 320 is tougher than anything in La Senorita Virtual)
Hardest Standard: MAX 300 (I can combo MaxX Unlimited, and I can almost combo The legend of MAX... but the runs in MAX 300 destroy me.)
Hardest Heavy: Tie between MaxX Unlimited, The legend of MAX and PARANOiA Survivor MAX. They're all hard in different ways.

Hardest Oni: PARANOiA Survivor MAX.
