Modifying Locations

I'm trying to modify a location (Time Out, Fayetteville, AR), but someone else beat me to modifying it (incorrectly >_<) How do I get my modification in there? It says that 0/2 people have affirmed that modification, and all i can do is view that one. Thanks...

That modification needs to be approved or denied before you can make another modification. I believe 3/3 will automatically approve it and 0/3 will automatically deny it, so wait till someone else votes no, assuming the pending modification is incorrect.
